Tiered commission available ($36,400 annual) paid monthly at 30% to 100% based on monthly performance to goal. Preferred concentration in advertising, or digital marketingTwo or more years active experience in advertising and/or digital marketing desiredAbility to function in a cross function, self-directed team environmentAbility to function under varying degrees of pressureAbility to assume a leadership role with the customer and teamMust be a creative thinker and problem solverAbility to meet with customers virtually or in the field (face to face)Regular attendance is a condition of employmentExcellent verbal and presentation skillsIntermediate level using Microsoft Office Products including Word for Windows, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
