Responsibilities:Primary responsibility is to handle the administrative and clerical needs of the AP/Finance DepartmentExecute daily processes and controls accurately and in a timely manner; provide compliance with Company policiesProviding customer service to internal business partnersProviding internal and external audit assistance as requiredOpen, sort and distribute daily department mailSort, log, photocopy, and file invoices, checks, and other documentsVerify, log and mail checks, including expediting special handlingSkills/Credentials:BS degree in Accounting, Business or similar2+ years of experience in an A/P role preferredProficient in MS Excel
