Position: Senior Survey Project ManagerLocation: Charlotte, NCPay: $85,000k/yrExperience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction surveying; minimum of 3 years of project management experience; proficiency in AutoDesk Civil3D Software requiredEducation: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in land surveying, civil engineering, or a related field preferred but not required; Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in NC or SC preferred but not requiredType: Full-time; Direct HireSchedule: Monday - Friday, Day ShiftGreene Resources is seeking a Senior Survey Project Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!Job Description:Manage and oversee multiple construction surveying projects from start to finish, ensuring that all project deliverables are completed on time and within budgetDevelop project plans, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with clients, stakeholders and project teamsAttend networking events and client meetings to generate additional work in the CLT areaMonitor project progress and provide regular status updates to clients and stakeholdersEnsure that all surveying work is performed in compliance with relevant regulations, standards and specificationsManage project resources, including personnel, equipment and materials, ensuring project goals are being metCoordinate and communicate with other project teams, including contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholdersConduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulationsReview and approve project documentation, including survey reports, drawings and plansProvide leadership and mentorship to junior staff members, including surveyors and field crewsPosition Requirements:Excellent organizational, project management and communication skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsGreat interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and team membersKnowledge of land surveying software, including AutoCAD and Trimble Business CenterDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing demandsValid driver's license requiredGreene Resources is part of Array Corporation, the leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how labor is bought, sold and delivered to enable universal access to the American Dream.We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
