Amotec is actively seeking a Wastewater Operator! Our client is a division of a global aerospace organization and has been in business for over 70 years. Reporting to the Lab Manager, the Wastewater Operator will be responsible for analyzing and operating the metal plating for waste water treatment plant. Wastewater Operator Responsibilities:Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify any issues or potential problemsAdjust chemical dosages and process parameters to optimize treatment efficiency and maintain water quality standardsPerform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning filters, calibrating instruments, and repairing equipment as neededKeep accurate records of treatment operations, including process data, chemical usage, and maintenance activitiesdata entry, record keeping and update logs using organization LIMS softwareQualifications:H.S Diploma/ GED required Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Wastewater Operator within the manufacturing industry is required Must be a US citizen or hold a green card Knowledgeable in LIMS software If you would like to learn more about this opportunity please contact Ian Moriarty at imoriarty@
