Seeking a commercial property accountant specializing in managing the accounting and financial aspects of commercial real estate properties. Responsibilities include:Financial Reporting: Preparing financial statements, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for commercial properties.Tax Compliance: Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and preparing tax returns for commercial properties.Lease Administration: Managing lease agreements, including rent collection, tenant invoicing, and lease renewals.Cost Management: Monitoring expenses related to maintenance, repairs, utilities, and other operational costs associated with commercial properties.Financial Analysis: Analyzing the financial performance of commercial properties, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improving profitability.Requirement: Must have minimum 2 years of Commercial property accounting in most recent or current role utilizing large ERP system. Bachelor degree in accounting preferred.
