Established South Bay & Orange County CPA firm is looking for a Sr Tax Manager or Tax Director with Non-For-Profit experience.Requirements & Duties: Opportunity to become a tax partner in the Not-For-Profit spaceActive CPA Bachelor's in accounting, business or finance JD/LLM or Master in Tax is a plusEight plus years of current regional or national CPA firm experienceExperience reviewing compliance on not-for-profit returns including unrelated business tax returnsAdvise not-for-profit management on various tax-related issuesExperience in research and training from staff to manager levelStaff development and mentoringDefense in IRS auditsManage client relationshipsOn-site or hybridPay range: $150K-$220K
