Estate and Probate Associate Attorney Singerman, Mills, Desberg & Kauntz Co., L.P.A. () is a dynamic law firm in Beachwood, Ohio, focusing on business law, litigation, secured lending, real estate, tax, and estate planning and administration. We are seeking an experienced candidate to join our firm as an Estate and Probate Associate Attorney.  Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Estate and Probate Attorney with 5-7 years of experience to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning, probate administration, and a demonstrated ability to manage complex cases and provide comprehensive legal counsel to high-net worth clients.Responsibilities: The estate and probate associate attorney will handle and be responsible for all aspects of estate planning and estate and trust administration matters including: ·       Handling basic to complex estate planning and estate and trust administration ·       Drafting trusts, wills, and other estate planning documents·       Familiarity with probate forms and estate and trust accountings·       Meeting with current and potential clients to discuss and recommend basic and complex estate planning strategies ·       Creating custom will and trust language·       Managing all aspects of post-death administration Qualifications:  ·       Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school·       Licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio and in good standing·       5-7 years minimum of experience practicing basic to complex estate planning and estate and trust administration·       Strong understanding of estate and gift tax laws·       Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills·       Exceptional organizational skills·       Advanced technological skills·       Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment·       Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills·       Commitment to providing outstanding client service Benefits: Singerman, Mills, Desberg & Kauntz Co., L.P.A., offers highly competitive compensation, paid bar association dues and continuing legal education, 401(k) with employer match and profit sharing plan, standard (PPO) and HSA health insurance plans with generous employer contributions, optional flexible spending accounts, paid group term life insurance, paid short and long term disability insurance, paid holidays and vacation, optional dependent care assistance plan, and optional accident and critical care insurance.
