Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS)Moy Tarin Ramirez Engineers, LLC is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor to join our growing San Antonio, Texas team. Join an established, fast-growing engineering/surveying firm that is looking to expand the survey department to accommodate our ever-growing list of clients.Company Bio:MTR is a well-established engineering firm which was established in 2010 in San Antonio, Texas. MTR provides civil engineering design, land surveying and planning consulting services for commercial, residential, governmental, religious, recreational, educational, and municipal developments.Typical Responsibilities:Prepare boundary, tree, topographical and improvement surveys, prepare easement documents, provide support for engineering projects, review survey scope of services, fulfill survey work requestsPrioritize projects and assign survey crews into the field as project work is requestedMonitor survey personnel performance of activities, document completion, and provide guidance, coaching, motivation and or disciplinary actions as necessaryMaintain close communication with the Project Managers to report survey progress, give input on survey scope of work for projects, and find solutions on projects with difficult scopes of workMonitor overall survey tasks for compliance and accuracy. Identify changes in scope of work and monitor changes in targeted completion dates and/or budget.Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently, efficiently, and accuratelySkills Required:+5 years of survey experienceCurrent Texas RPLS License (Required)Knowledge and experience with Easements, Rights of way surveys, Plats, ALTA's, boundaries, property descriptions, topographic surveys, and project managementDetail oriented individual who can adapt to new technology, techniques and processes as industry/clients dictateExperience with both public and private sector work (EX: state, city, county, utility districts, and private land development)Team oriented and able to work within client expectations and timelinesMay be required to complete safety or relative courses for project workProficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and OutlookMicrostation and Geopak knowledge a plusMust have a valid Texas Driver's LicenseMust be able to pass a full background checkSchedule Expectations:Full Time40-hour work week, flexible hours as followsMonday-Thursday Schedule or Monday-Friday Schedule (available if desired)Benefits:$110,000 USD + (compensation commensurate with experience)Salary with overtime potentialAnnual Bonus PotentialCompany paid Medical/Dental/Vision/Life/DisabilitySimple IRA Retirement PlanPaid HolidaysPaid Time Off4 Day work week (Monday-Thursday, Fridays when needed)**Applicants who are not Registered Professional Land Surveyors in the State of Texas will not be considered for this position**Moy Tarin Ramirez (MTR) Engineers, LLC participates in E-Verify.
