Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a highly motivated Proposal Graphics Specialist to join our team in the Washington, DC area.  As a Proposal Graphics Specialist, you will orchestrate the creation, upkeep, and adaptation of design content to bolster proposals. Apply your expertise to a wide spectrum of print and digital materials across the company by also designing marketing collateral, corporate communications tools like logos, brochures, direct mail, invitations, signage, web graphics, advertising, presentations, and more.Responsibilities:Coordinate proposal graphic design and production to ensure timely delivery and proper insertion into the proposal.Generate new proposal assets in various formatsAdapt existing proposal assets for diverse platforms and channelsCreate detailed proposal graphicsInterpret design needs and provide creative directionOffer optimal creative suggestionsContribute design/art input to multiple projectsConduct design-related quality checks textRequired Qualifications:Bachelors degree in graphic design or equivalent years of experience2+ years' experience designing graphics for government proposalsProficiency in Adobe Design Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, XD)Experience in crafting proposal graphicsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong grasp of design standards and principlesConsistent track record managing and prioritizing multiple projects efficientlyLife at CapgeminiCapgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
