Though there are too many rewards that a manager’s career brings, it’s also a highly challenging occupation. Since you are the leader of your team or group, you are also accountable for their success or failure. While working on your own, you also need to act as a decision-maker. The decisions that you make as a management professional have an impact on the overall goals and success of the organization where you are employed.
Another important thing about a management job position is that you face a lot of competition. If you are unable to deliver results, the employer may quickly replace you with a better manager.
