Develop and implement advanced processes and elastomeric molding methodologies

for biomedical and pharmaceutical delivery device parts manufacturer.  
 
Shall

works closely with customers in developing the most feasible, robust, and cost

effective design through activities such as: Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and

Design for Assembly (DFA).  
 
Must have proven track record ensuring processes

are fully documented and complete; generating assembly manufacturing

specifications (AMS) and critical issue reports (CIR); leading continuous

process improvement and optimization efforts; and developing quality improvement

plans (QIP) and process optimization reports (POR).  
 
Will interface with

other engineering groups to develop functional test fixtures and procedures and

discuss alternative solutions.
