I hold 15 + years proven experience of working as PRs Professional, Federal Language Consultant for US Government/DOD, Interpreter, Translator, Transcriber, Foreign Language  Instructor and Foreign Media, Economic, and Political Analyst with the US Army, US Federal Government/DOD, US Department of State, SSA, DHS, FEMA, Foreign Service Institute, and Federal Contractors Like Washington Language Center, CACI/L 3 Communications, NLSC, MEP, and Torres Advance Enterprise Solutions from 1999 to present. 
I worked for 27 + years as Senior CSS/Public Relations Officer of Information Group/Service of Pakistan/ISP with Health and Population Planning, Communications, Information and Broadcasting, Defense, Economic, and Interior Ministries, Government of Pakistan from 1973 to 1999 . On winning a Visa Lottery under US DV 99 Program, I sought retirement on 08 / 01 / 1999 and immigrated to the United States on 09 / 08 / 1999 . At the time my retirement, I was working Director  with the rank of Director General, Pay Scale/Grade 20 , Press Information Department, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad.
