Edward Lee       	the notice dated	which I did make a reasonable judgement call and which I did place a proper hold the following day which is acceptable under guidelines.  The employer is hiding the fact the  prior day there was a similar deposit taken and made without a hold in which I wasn''t present and was out attending a bank function. The deposit was taken however I was not the one that approved or taken the deposit since I wasn''t present at the branch that day.  However, I am being held accountable for that deposit that was made and approved by another person.  If that is the case, why isn''t this person being held accountable?  This person also did break a reasonable employer rule as well. I think this is a form of discrimination against me.

The reason for the late appeal is that I misread the date and thought I had til 4 / 19 / 2015 to make the appeal.  As well during the past week, I have been dealing with sick children and trying to seek employment.   As well I did attend the mandatory EDD workshop that was scheduled on 4 / 8 / 2015 .
