First of all, there is no magic formula to career success. When we talk about successful people, we sometimes think that they have been successful because they were lucky. The fact, however, is success is not going to come to you on its own. To obtain it, we need to work extremely hard and not waste valuable time waiting for it to happen. When someone gets success, we forget to look what must have happened behind and how they must have struggled. All we see is ‘success, which is the actually the sum total of the efforts and struggles that went behind it. And then we start craving for what they possess. The most interesting part is that we want it all ‘NOW. There is magic or mystery to having a successful career. To obtain success, we need to plan a strategy and follow some essential steps. Believing in yourself
This is the most essential ingredient of achieving success. All those people who have met with success had the courage to believe in themselves. Belief, therefore, is most crucial. Making a commitment to succeed

The journey to career success will always be filled with ups and downs. There will be moments when you will feet it's not worth it. This is normal and there will be doubts.
