We put you first: * Starting pay $19.60 after trial period pay will increase to $20.60 * SHIFT: 12hr swing rotational shifts * Every 4 weeks (7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am) * (Alternate between Days & Nights every 4 weeks, 2 weekends a month) * Profit sharing plan * Telemedecine, Group insurance and pension plan with company contributions * Employee assistance program (because we care about the physical and mental health of our people) * Annual flexible reimbursement program * $500 sign on bonus after 6 months Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Wagram, as the Forklift Operator/Material Handler : * Conduct equipment inspection, safety checks. * Prepare and load baled materials into trucks. * Occasional manual loading and unloading of containers or equipment. * Ensures orderly production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies where needed, and staging finished product final distribution. * Contributes to the orderly operation of stock and/or materials storage area. Respect your true nature by puting forward your strengths: * Minimum High School Diploma or GED * Ability to work at a fast pace, under pressure. * MUST have 3-4 years of Material Handling experience. * Must be able to work in Shipping/Receiving department. * Must be able to lift, push and pull a minimum of 50 pounds and be comfortable with repetitive tasks/motions.
