Job Description Benchmark at Rye is seeking LNAs to join our team! Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem! Days 6a-2p Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday shifts available! As a Licensed Nursing Aid, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment. LNA Duties & Responsibilities: * Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
* Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
* Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
* Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.

* Prior experience in an assisted living community. Memory care experience is preferred.
* Demonstrates proficiency at reading and understanding a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment (e.g., ADLs and introductory visits)
* Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
