Provides safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures and standards of care. Shifts Available: Days and Shifts vary as needed. Wage range $25.22 - $37.11 - Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. The 16-bed program offers short-stay residential services to adults ages 18-59 who have severe and persistent mental health issues and need an intensive level of support but do not require treatment in a locked program. Assessments, individual and group therapy, and person-centered counseling and training are provided in a supportive, home-like environment to assist clients in living successfully in community.
