Description:RenewAire is seeking a Commerical Assembly Technician with skilled assembly experience to be a key player to RenewAire's steady growth! You will build Energy Recovery Ventilation units (ERVs) for hospitals, schools, warehouses and other commercial businesses. Come work for a team that has never experienced a layoff!RenewAire offers highly competitive pay, a super-flexible schedule and great benefits!Choose your schedule:Four 10-hour days: Monday - Thursday OR Five 8-hour days: Monday - FridayOvertime is VOLUNTARYFull benefits such as 401k with up to a 6% match, well-funded health benefits, PTO, access to our fitness center and more!At RenewAire, we're looking for people who take pride in their work to improve ventilation and energy efficiencies.Job Duties include but are not limited to the following:Fabricate our ventilation units and accessories from the ground up according to drawings and specificationsAssure product meets the highest quality standardsCoordinate / cooperate with other assemblers to achieve best overall flow of work on the production floorActively identify, suggest and help implement improvements to the build specification, general workspaces, tools and proceduresPromote a safe, pleasant and professional work environmentRequirements:High School Diploma or equivalentExperience in HVAC installation or maintenance welcomeAt least 3 years' experience with portable power tools and hand toolsExperience with wiring and/or electricalThe ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionallyCompetencies:Mechanical Aptitude & Repair skillsProblem-Solving/Troubleshooting abilitiesTeam-player and self-starterPride in producing high quality work with attention to detail
