Job Description:

Perform and schedule daily maintenance tasks including preparing vacant units for occupancy and preventative maintenance Assist with interviewing, screening, and making recommendations for any potential service, housekeeping/custodial, or grounds per Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance, Supervisor, Community Manager, Property Management
