Requirements:A minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a light assembly and fabrication environment.High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in a relevant field is preferred.Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, as well as troubleshooting techniques.Experience leading a team and coordinating maintenance activities.Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.Basic computer skills, including the ability to use email, navigate software interfaces, and perform basic data entry.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
