Submit your CV and any additional required information after you have read this description by clicking on the application button.Perks & BenefitsWeekly paychecksDirect Deposit or Cash Card pay optionsMedical / Dental InsurancePaid Time OffEmployment Type & ShiftsDirect Hire1st ShiftJob ResponsibilitiesLead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective maintenance operations.Schedule and assign maintenance tasks to team members, ensuring timely completion and adherence to maintenance schedules.Perform hands-on maintenance and repair work on equipment, machinery, and facilities as needed.Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing appropriate corrective actions.Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance activities to identify potential issues and address them proactively.Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize downtime and ensure equipment availability.Maintain accurate maintenance records, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory of spare parts and supplies.Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source and procure necessary parts and supplies.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for the maintenance team.Develop and implement maintenance procedures, standards, and best practices to improve efficiency and reliability.Monitor equipment performance and recommend modifications or upgrades to enhance productivity and quality. Requirements:A minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a light assembly and fabrication environment.High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in a relevant field is preferred.Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, as well as troubleshooting techniques.Experience leading a team and coordinating maintenance activities.Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.Basic computer skills, including the ability to use email, navigate software interfaces, and perform basic data entry.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
