This is an exciting opportunity to navigate complex cyber risk situations, lead teams, and ensure adherence to risk frameworks, fostering a secure environment for the organization's operations. This person will play a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and the Cyber Security organization, driving audit, compliance, and risk remediation efforts. The right person can sit in the Minneapolis Twin Cities area or in Columbus, OH.Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of Audit, Regulatory, Risk, and Self-Identified Findings.Build strong partnerships and report regularly to senior leadership.Conduct risk-based evaluations, ensuring timely issue escalation and resolution.Develop and maintain a roadmap for strategic and tactical initiatives, enhancing process visibility.Navigate ambiguity, apply recognized risk frameworks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsThe Ideal Candidate4+ years of IT experience, specializing in Cyber Security4+ years of experience in ITIL processesAdvanced knowledge of risk management and audit principles and regulatory compliance requirementsExperience in using Archer or other Risk Management systems Experience of cloud technologiesRisk certification (CISSP, CISA or CRISC)Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for presenting requirements and issues clearlyAbility to navigate complex situations and build strong partnerships across businessesReasons to Love ItThis is a great opportunity to work for a mid-sized financial institution that is striving to be the bank of choice; one that focuses on its customers, not its competition.
