Job Description:

Job Summary: Responsible for assisting the Business Technology Officer and Business Systems Manager, overseeing and coordinating IT operations, management, and financial systems support. Provide administrative support when needed. Provide support to internal teams.Please make sure you read the following details carefully before making any applications.Responsibilities: Assist with installing and maintaining computer technology, including desktops, laptops, video conferencing equipment, mobile devices, and more. Assist with software installations and upgrades and replace hardware according to the replacement schedules.Support end-user requests for hardware, software, and network support and provide troubleshooting and solutions. Create and provide user training for basic hardware and software use.Create, configure, test, and maintain specific operating system configurations for deployment on computers and mobile devices.Perform periodic system security audits to ensure high data security and accounting controls. (Financial Systems)Configure and manage identity and access (IAM) for in-house and SASS applications.Accurately maintains Company records and other sensitive business and customer data. (Financial Systems)Assist and lead various IT projects required to meet business requirements.Responsible for endpoint management, including device and user security policies and patching.Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and standards for network resource administration, appropriate use, business continuity, and scalability.Provide first-line support for day-to-day systems issues and questions and liaise with systems support specialists to solve problems. (Financial Systems)Manage and schedule security awareness training program.Assist the Business System Manager in system / user training. (Financial Systems)·        Assist in maintaining business processes and report documentation. (Financial Systems)Assist in Microsoft 365 administration, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Defender, Exchange, Stream, Power BI, and other MS technologies.Managing the deployment of new features or functionality.Conduct research and provide recommendations on products, services, protocols, and standards supporting IT systems.Support the Business Technology Officer with the day-to-day IT operations.Collaborate with colleagues to achieve superior customer service.Perform other duties as needed or assigned.Education/Skills/Experience/Qualities:Associate degree or equivalent work experience in information technology, computer services, or a related field.Three plus years of information technology or network experience with Microsoft operating systems, troubleshooting to resolve hardware and software problems, and/or providing technical support services.Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications and tools.Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy Management.Experience managing Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide resolutions.Experience with Microsoft products, PC hardware components, Windows desktop operating system and application software, Windows 10/11, and Microsoft O365 Office Suite.
