About the Role:You will be part of the engineering team at ATC, where your main focus will be to drive our current application's evolution from a diligence tool into an enterprise, collaborative platform. Our product's mission is to expedite the land use approval process by providing our customers streamlined access to critical information and sophisticated workflow tools. We're a first-mover addressing the most critical part of the real estate development process, and we're backed by world-class investors at Menlo Ventures, MetaProp and Expa.Ensure you read the information regarding this opportunity thoroughly before making an application.Responsibilities:Maintain existing customer-facing application while expanding functionality to incorporate an advanced search experience as well as a collaborative project management workspaceRapidly prototype with an ability to independently drive UX design decisionsWork closely with backend engineers to build a tightly-integrated frontendOptimize web application for maximum speed and scalabilityMaintain rigorous approach to testing while rapidly shipping product iterationsQualifications:"5+ years of production-level experience in software engineering - ideally with some experience at an early-stage startupStrong proficiency in React and TypeScript; experience with OpenSearch is a plusExperience with UX design principles and a keen eye for detailPrior experience working on enterprise systems: SAML, SCIM, and access control mechanismsTrack record of entrepreneurship, open-source contribution or material side projectsExperience building search products, project management software, mapping products, or document interaction toolsBased in NYC and able to work in person most days of the weekCompensation and Benefits:Salary: $150K-$200KBenefits: Medical, Vision and Dental coverageEquity: Competitive Equity"Apply:To apply, please send your CV to 're an equal opportunity employer.
