Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:GA - General and AdministrativeEnsure you are screening your candidates and having interviews to ensure good fit for the role.HR & Market research - ability to move to different areas of sourcing depending on their interest and quality fit.Working heavily with data and researchNot looking for someone in vendor management - this is a sourcing role - managing the entire process.Candidate location is especially important - they need to be able to commute to the office.Not going to entertain candidates outside of the tri-state area.Needs to have a lot of passion about what they are doing, eager to learn, working fast pace, thinks freely, asks questions, does not want to micromanage, has supply chain souring experience - small team, wants to ensure they are a good fit.Marker & HR experience research, and/or corporate sourcing. Indirect procurement (experience is both indirect and direct sourcing is okay), someone that is malleable, for contracts: help legal move the contract along the process, fully understanding contracts. Souring skills.Negotiate deals that maximize cost savings and/or cost avoidance, improve service levels, mitigate contractual risks, and create/improve overall value.Work with business partners - understanding requirements and procurement.Work on the corporate services side - employee transportation, food services, office supplies, professional services, HR, Market research, etc.Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Good/professional communication & writing skills, creative/can think freely, be adaptable to working with different businesses and teams.Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite and have worked with procure to pay systems such as SAP, Coupa or Ariba.Our client is a leading Media Entertainment Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
