Respond to and resolve IT support requests from end-users in a timely andYou can get further details about the nature of this opening, and what is expected from applicants, by reading the below.efficient manner.• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing clear and conciseinstructions for issue resolution.• Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex problems to higher-tiersupport as needed.Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.• Assist users with account setup, password resets, and access permissions.• Conduct training sessions to empower end-users and enhance their technicalskills.Gain hands-on experience with all three major cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, andGoogle Cloud.• Assist in basic cloud maintenance tasks.• Basic Linux server administration and maintenance tasksMaintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for IT processes, procedures, andconfigurations.• Help create technical documentation and manuals for end users.Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.• Proven experience in providing Tier 1 and 2 support in an IT environment.• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services.• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
