Midea America is a subsidiary of Midea with over 200 employees in the US and we are expanding our presence in North America.Apply fast, check the full description by scrolling below to find out the full requirements for this role.Location: Temporary Remote work in Greater Dallas Area, TexasThe role will transition on-site to our Dallas office once the office is fully furnished.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesLead the team with research advancement technologies, future market trends, and maintain a competitive landscape for our unitary product lines in North America.Stay abreast with HVAC technology development and drive alignment with broader building technology R&D team.Responsible for exploring the product opportunities for ODM and OEM business of Light Commercial and Commercial products in North American.Responsible for the formulation of product roadmap and product creative concepts for reference and adoption by the product R&D team.Other duties assigned.QualificationsMaster and above degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.Have an in-depth understanding of the market conditions, distribution channels, business models, and brand owners of North American unitary product line.Have a deep experience of unitary application scenarios and user pain points.At least 5 years of unitary-related product line system design experience.Proficient in the main components and working principles of unitary products.Familiar with the market trend of the unitary product line, the evolution trend of acts and regulations, and the technology development trend.Have team management experience of three or more people.Rarely required to be in warehouse environment.May have to lift 50 pounds or less.Occasional International Travel (
