Job DescriptionDo not pass up this chance, apply quickly if your experience and skills match what is in the following description.Rotork Controls, a growing international manufacturer of electric valve actuators used in the Oil & Gas, Power Generation and Water/Waste Water Industries, seeks a person to implement electrical and mechanical solutions, and provide technical support for a wide range of valve automation products. This is a full time position that requires electrical and mechanical technical skills with a focus on customer service.Description:Review customer specifications to determine functional or control requirements.Modify standard product or research, specify and integrate 3rd party products to meet customer requirements as necessary.Basic electric circuit and motor control designProvide technical support for internal and external customers on electric valve actuator products.Support product integration into digital industrial control systemsGenerate Bill of materials, assembly instructions, operations manuals and test instructions as required for both standard and nonstandard product.Qualifications4-year electrical engineering degreeBasic understanding of single phase and 3 phase motor electronic controls.Basic understanding of electromechanical machines and electronic controlsAbility to read wiring schematics/diagrams.Mechanical aptitudeExperience/knowledge in any of the following areas desirable:Experience with single and 3 phase motors and controls.Experience with Electromechanical industrial equipmentExperience with agencies such as CSA, UL and FM standards and product approvals.Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 + Bonus eligibleAdditional InformationRotork is the market-leading global flow control and instrumentation company, helping our customers manage the flow of liquids, gases and powders across many industries worldwide.Our purpose is Keeping the World Flowing for Future Generations.For over sixty years, the world has relied on us to create the things that keep everything moving.
