This leadership role involves managing design and stress analyst staff, providing engineering direction from conceptual design to project completion, and ensuring compliance with FAA structures certification regulations.Key Responsibilities:design and stress analyst staff.engineering direction for conceptual design, development, and project completion.engineering designs for accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.with the Director of Certification for Supplemental Type Certificates and other programs.team strengths for safety, customer satisfaction, schedule adherence, budget management, and team development.Qualifications:of Science in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.of Science or equivalent experience (MBA is a plus).aircraft structural substantiation experience.in Finite Element Analysis (NASTRAN FEMAP), traditional hand calculations, and report writing.with aircraft engineering resources such as MMPDS, Bruhn, Roark, etc.knowledge of 14 CFR Part 23 & 25 designs, construction & structures regulations.
