In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end testing process, ensuring smooth and timely product releases while maintaining a high standard of product quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Testing and Quality Assurance for connected consumer electronics, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.Remember to check your CV before applying Also, ensure you read through all the requirements related to this role.Responsibilities: Contribute to Software QE and UAT efforts across the entire stack, primarily focused on hardware testing and validation activitiesHelp coordinate creation of test plans, test procedures, and define execution strategiesDeep dive in to hardware bugs/issues "” working with teams and suppliers to understand root cause with goal of developing interim and permanent corrective actionsAdvocate for and implement testing best practices, continuously improving through innovation and iterationWork and collaborate effectively in a global dynamic team environmentCommunicate and document test results and strategies effectivelyRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field3+ years of experience in a quality or software engineering role2+ years of experience using testing frameworks and methodologiesStrong knowledge of testing sensors and hardware peripheralsHands-on experience building test rigs and running test procedures with product hardwareWorking knowledge of AWS services and continuous deployment pipelines using GitLabHands-on experience in testing Linux-based devicesSolid understanding of QA tool development chains and environmentsExperience with multiple types of testing, such as regression, performance, stress, end-to-end, integration, and security testingGood understanding of serial communication methodsWork EligibilityMust be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
