Manifest Solutions is currently seeking a Project Engineer for a hybrid position in Columbus, OH.Scroll down for a complete overview of what this job will require Are you the right candidate for this opportunityCoordinate the overall engineering activities between company, Developer, Architect Engineer (A/E), and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for Generation capital projects.Ensure production of engineering deliverables are completed on schedule.Ensure that the design meets stakeholder expectations, and the constraints are resolved in a timely manner.Provide engineering progress updates to the project team and stakeholders.Lead complex engineering discussions that require the input and efforts of a wide array of entities both internal and external to company.Ability to identify, clarify, and resolves complex technical problems that require multi-disciplined analytical techniques.Help to drive to conclusion where differences of opinion are likely to exist.Ability to present complex technical subjects, clearly, concisely, and persuasively, bringing in ancillary issues before senior management.Builds teams and networks that extend through company, and other companiesPossesses the experience and knowledge to make technical decisions based on calculated risks.Understands how strategies and decisions impact the relationship with our customers and suppliers.Requirements:Has typically acquired 8 or more years of related engineering experience along with a Bachelor's degree in engineering in a program accredited by ABET; or 6 years of related engineering experience along with a Master's or PhD in engineering from a program accredited by ABET.Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) in any U.S. state or Puerto Rico is encouraged and preferred.
