Great package on offer with true progression opportunities available for the right person.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport data center expansion and capital improvement projectsOversee construction projects within the company portfolio from beginning to endSupport the budgeting process for projects cost estimating processResolve potential problems with subcontractors, engineers, architects ect.Conduct and document all project meetingsEnsure all project deadlines are metBackground RequiredProject Engineer, Assistant Project Manager or similarBackground in General ContractingStrong understanding of critical building systems and general building operationsBachelors degree in Construction Management, architecture or similar
