Job Description:

I'm working with a large managed service provider based in the DFW area who are looking to bring a System Administrator/Engineer into their team, to provide a service for some key clients and support their servers.Are you the right applicant for this opportunity Find out by reading through the role overview below.Some examples of responsibilities would include (not limited too):Implementing rack and stackProviding administration an ensuring processes are up to date and in line with best practices.Maintaining on-prem and virtual serversTroubleshooting and problem solving for clients, and the servers that they host with them, resolving on prem issues, escalation point for all things server relatedIdeal Candidate:Experience working with on-prem and virtual server environments.Windows technology background e.g. Intune, Office365, Active Directory etc. Good communicator and proven customer facing experience.
