We're taking that foundation of success and bringing it to the digital space "” ready to join us?What's the position?Our portfolio of sportsbook properties requires technical support to ensure our Sportsbetting kiosks, operator terminals and odds boards function correctly so we can ensure our customers have the best possible user experience at our sportsbooks. You will be tasked to travel where and when needed to deliver urgent support and scheduled maintenance. Reporting to the Retail team your key relationships will be with our IT, Product, and Design teams as well as our property partners.Your responsibilities will include:On-site supportPlanned maintenanceRemote supportTrainingSpare parts managementInstallation planning and executionContributing insight and guidance to the Retail team's projectsBuilding strong relationships with property maintenance teamsWhat are we looking for?Troubleshooting experience with both software and hardware - ideally within the gaming industryClean driving record and valid license (as this position will require significant amounts of travel)A clear thinker and communicator with ability to produce reports, detect patterns and deliver solutionsAbility to work with heavy equipment and operate toolsWhat's in it for you?We offer our employees more than just competitive compensation.
