In this role you will support our land & site clients while focused on developing sound projects and delivering high quality service offerings for a variety of clients.The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, optimization, and operation of water treatment processes within wastewater treatment facilities. The role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, regulatory requirements, and environmental considerations related to wastewater treatment.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop water treatment processes for wastewater treatment plants, including physical, chemical, and biological treatment methods.Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of treatment processes.Perform detailed process modeling and simulation to optimize treatment plant performance and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, technicians, and environmental scientists, to implement innovative solutions and address complex challenges.Provide technical support and guidance during the construction, commissioning, and operation of water treatment facilities.Conduct site visits and inspections to assess plant performance, identify operational issues, and recommend corrective actions.Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and regulatory agencies.Stay current with industry trends, advancements in water treatment technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure best practices and compliance with environmental standards.Foster a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement within the organization.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil EngineeringProfessional Engineer (PE) license in Texas.Minimum of [8] years of experience in the design and operation of water treatment plants, with a focus on wastewater treatment.
