This is a permanent employee role for someone who is experienced with project planning for end-to-end delivery, including kickoffs, milestones, managing scope, and keeping implementations timely and within budget. The right candidate will have PM experience in Healthcare environments (health plans, providers) and proven experience leading successful full cycle implementations.Key Responsibilities: Accountable for the successful completion of a project's deliverablesHas the lead role on a project team and serves as the primary contactDocuments project scope within SOWManages changes in scope in accordance with change control proceduresDevelops, updates, and actively manages a comprehensive project plan, including tasks, start and end dates, work effort, resource assignments, milestones, and critical pathDrives collaboration between functional teams and customers to achieve milestones and deliverablesEnsures project plan decisions are documented Identifies and mitigates risks Documents actions items and verifies they're completedFacilitates meetings. Ensures agenda and minutes are publishedResponsible for ensuring project artifacts are stored in a location in line with company policies and are accessible by appropriate team membersManages resource bookings for assigned project(s)Responsible for reporting on the status of a project and escalating issuesDrafts Statement of Work (SOW) or Change Request (CR) wherever appropriateRequirements:7 years of experience as a project manager in the healthcare, healthcare insurance or healthcare technology space Experienced in detailed project planning, project governance, capacity planning, and project budgetingWorking knowledge of the healthcare industry (Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial) and understanding of related compliance and quality aspectsProficient technical understanding: ability to demonstrate knowledge of software development life cycle, application design, integration, and hosting technologiesProfessional experience with JIRA/Confluence and MS Project - for project plan documentationUnable to sponsor Visa at this timeRemote working/work at home options are available for this role.
