This role may require you to be flexible with shift structure and hours.Coordinate between engineering and maintenance to ensure maximum plant availability.Provide technical support to the plant on engineering matters to reduce downtime.Develop short, medium, and long-term improvement plans to achieve maintenance objectives.Coordinate the preparation for all maintenance related project technical documents to ensure that all content and cost are within the scope of work.Develop and maintain Technical Information for the maintenance department.Monitor frequency and modes of equipment failures and breakdowns to drive root cause analysis, suggest changes to processes and equipment to prevent reoccurrence.Provide on-the-job coaching to the maintenance technicians in the team and develop problem solving skills.Perform reviews of the preventative maintenance program and improve areas where required.
