Job Description:

We're currently building a team of three (3) Desktop Support Techs to work on site at client. This team will support the preparation, imaging, and deployment of assets to newly acquired business unit. This team will also support the physical set-up and configuration/go live of assets for approximately 700 users across multiple markets. All field technicians will travel to in-market locations as needed to support in-person go-live for sites with large volumes of users including Texas, Mississippi, Louisiana, Florida, and Arkansas.Check out the role overview below If you are confident you have got the right skills and experience, apply today.Field Tech Technical Requirements:Experienced supporting and trouble shooting Windows 10 environment. Experienced supporting and trouble shooting Microsoft 365 suite of productsExperiences supporting SCCM or Autopilot preferred but not required. Experience installing Print Logix and 4UPrint Ability to lift up to 35 lbsAbility to stand for up to 8 hoursExcellent customer service and people skills, both remote and in-personAbility to travel to 3-4 locations up to 5 business days including weekends.
