As a level 2 Analyst, you will work with a talented IT group in a fast-growing restaurant company. You, along with the IT team, will maintain, support, and bring the restaurant systems to a level of maturity that will scale and support the fast growth of the company through finding efficiencies, improvements in technology, documenting processes and solutions, setup and maintenance of 3rd party integration and reporting. Thriving in an entrepreneurial setting, you love working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, collaborative organization. You enjoy working with others to develop new processes and simplify existing processes, as well as training teammates and other teams on restaurant technology. As a self-starter and independent thinker, you have strong technical analysis skills, are driven and growth-oriented, and have a strong desire to improve yourself and the organization.Essential ResponsibilitiesPriorities as set by IT Leadership to drive solutions to on-time and on-budget completion.POS and infrastructure maintenance as required.Responds to and resolves support requests and escalations.Manages vendor partners to resolve vendor-specific requests and support issues.Maintains existing and legacy POS and online ordering systems to ensure cohesion across Blaze Pizza.Designs & Supports system integrations, including and not limited to third party applications, data warehouse connections and POS.Validates POS training materials for accuracy in terminology and functionality.Support change management at the organizational level and manage the change portfolio.Track and report issues while managing expectations of restaurant, leadership, and other stakeholders.Maintains CCPA, PCI and SOX compliance of IT systems.Maintains industry best practices network security.SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS3+ years of experience with a Point-of-Sale solutions in a multi-unit franchised hospitality/retail environment, including APIs/online ordering interfaces, configuration management, menu management, rollouts, upgrades, and changes.Successful track record working with restaurant technology, with proven ability to improve existing systems and implement new systems.Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and able to thrive in a dynamic business environment.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, often with competing resources and timelines.Mentoring and developing teammates across functions to keep up with changing technologies and building each other's skills over time to meet the changing needs of the company.Experience integrating and supporting third-party hospitality labor, inventory, and reporting systems.Experience leading projects in a distributed multi-unit franchised hospitality/retail environment.Experience managing change with a diverse and distributed audience, championing mature utilization of the project lifecycle and tracking changes and risks.Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to train users, communicate to all levels in an organization and write technical documentation.Forward-looking, creative, root cause identification and problem-solving instincts.Advanced business acumen and good decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.Track and facilitate the long-term problem management and resolution of escalated customer issues and daily issues of a complex scope that impact the team and overall business objectives.Lead weekly and monthly support vendor performance reviews to ensure vendors are meeting and/or exceeding established SLAs.
