Monex Dealers are responsible for executing client deals in foreign exchange products. Dealers liaise directly with financial decision makers of multinational organizations to help them navigate the intricacies of the FX market based on the in-depth knowledge of the client and the client's fx needs. Dealers will work very closely with Sales to ensure a long, profitable relationship with the clients. Dealers must uphold the highest standards of integrity.Responsibilities:Ensuring clients are dealt with promptly and in accordance with company policiesEnsuring adequate knowledge of their client (KYC) to deliver appropriate and suitable products, services and guidanceMaintaining good client relationships built on integrity, trust and the client's best interestsExecuting trades on behalf of clientsRecord all client/prospect communication on our CRM system ensuring details are accurate and up to date.Maintaining a knowledge and understanding of the economic climate and subsequent likely impacts upon Monex and its clientsParticipating in sales and business development activities to attract new clientsDeveloping and maintaining relationships with clients and business partners.Required Qualifications:Extensive knowledge of currency tradingStrong quantitative skillsOptimal organizational and analytical skillsKeen attention to detail and the ability to spot opportunities that others miss.Desired Characteristics:A positive attitude that sees the bigger picture.Works well in a team environment but can simultaneouslywork independently.Extremely detail oriented.Understanding of the importance of confidentialityThe ability to multi-task but also prioritize in a changing environment.The ability to ask client probing questions and suggest dynamic solutions.Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skillsProfessional demeanor with a confident and assertive style.Preferred Experience:A BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related fieldProven FX Dealing track recordUnderstanding of product and market knowledge including FX spot, forwards, and international payments is a strong plusHigh Standard of oral and written English is mandatory; fluency in other languages, especially Spanish, is desirable.Travel:15% travel is required for this position.Compensation:Salary is commensurate with experience. The annual salary range is $55,000 to $75,000 plus a competitive commission package.
