The Senior Project Engineer will play a critical role in leading and executing engineering projects related to liquid product manufacturing processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our Liquid Product Division in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects related to liquid product manufacturing processes, including but not limited to process improvements, equipment upgrades, and capacity expansions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, quality, and safety, to identify project requirements, develop project scopes, and ensure successful project implementation.Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimates, and risk assessments to support project decision-making and investment planning.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budgetary constraints.Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and engineering firms to procure equipment, materials, and services as needed for project execution.Provide technical expertise and support to plant operations, maintenance, and production teams to optimize liquid product manufacturing processes and resolve technical issues.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.Mentor and coach junior engineers and technical staff to develop their skills and capabilities in project management and engineering design.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
