You'll coordinate with stakeholders, manage project teams, navigate regulations, and foster client relationships to deliver innovative and efficient transportation infrastructure solutions.Typical Duties and Responsibilities:Plans, schedules, and/or coordinates the preparation of documents or activities for multiple projects.Develop, oversee, and monitor project activities including scope, budget, and schedule management. Drafts technical proposals for professional services and supports business development endeavors.Mentor and management supporting staff for transportation projects.Act as a visible leader and trusted advisor to clients, both internally and externally, while maintaining EHRA's values.Knowledge, skills and abilities:Mentor and manage supporting staff for transportation projects.to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.Strong computer skills in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.Proven experience in handling multiple tasks and deadlines.Strong communication skills to interact with clients and internal staff.Ability to build strong relationships.Work Environment:This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.Education, certification and experience:Bachelor of Science Degree, Civil Engineering or similar degree.Nine (9) plus years of experience with roadway design and management. Registered as a Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Texas.Experience with MicroStation, Geopak (or Open Roads).Mentor and management supporting staff for transportation projects.Valid driver's license.Physical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the functions of this job.
