A good understanding of essential SAP functions is required to ensure efficient workflows. The role also entails providing technical support for SAP-related issues, facilitating timely problem resolution or necessary escalations. Collaboration with team members to ensure the timely completion of SAP tasks, strict adherence to data management protocols, and the documentation of processes are also critical. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to maintain accurate operational records and develop updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for end-users, thereby enhancing system usability and compliance.
