Make your application after reading the following skill and qualification requirements for this position.The Systems Engineer will utilize professional technology skills and experience to maintain and enhance all aspects of the network infrastructure, servers, storage hardware, virtualization technology, application management, and end-user support. Focus: Design, implement, install, and manage major company infrastructure and initiatives. Manage multi-user computer systems and troubleshoot major computer networks across multiple locations. Serve as the main point of contact for support issues and escalations. Perform system maintenance, including patching and vulnerability response. Lead cloud initiatives in a Microsoft environment. Manage the ticketing system, ensuring proper response times and ticket notes. Implement standards and create proper Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation. Diagnose and set up hardware, software and user accounts problems, documenting root causes, requests, and errors. Work as a team with co-workers and supervisors. Maintain and manage company confidentiality and security of information systems. Skill Set: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in IT support and with tools such as Microsoft Azure, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft Intune. Experience administering and managing multi-location environments. Administration experience within a Microsoft 365 and Meraki environment. Ability to work under stress, manage deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of necessary Internet fundamentals. Ability to apply technical knowledge to find and solve problems effectively.
