In this pivotal role, you will foster close collaborations across a spectrum of teams"”spanning Sales, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Customer Success"”to craft and implement comprehensive solutions tailored to our customers' diverse needs.Responsibility:Conduct business analysis and prepare detailed project scopes.Offer technical guidance throughout the solution lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams.Work alongside Customer Success Managers to define customers' needs, shaping the product's vision and strategy.Document technical requirements and solutions.Establish and track key performance metrics to ensure product sustainability and quality.Engage deeply with technical aspects of the product to support customer inquiries.Collaborate with the Product team to identify and fill product gaps, contributing to feature development and improvements.Design and maintain integrations with partners and third-party platforms, as well as the product's APIs and SDKs.Qualifications:At least 5 years of experience in payments is preferred.A minimum of 3 years in hands-on programming with languages such as Python, Ruby, Go, Swift, Java, Kotlin, .Net, C++, or similar.Proven experience in leading cross-functional project teams and customer-facing engineering teams.Strong mentorship skills and the ability to work under pressure.Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation.
