Most offers for this will be between 70,000 to 77,000. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSPerform software and data analysis to identify issues and problem solve accordingly.Participate in various meetings to identify software requirements and project details.Conduct demonstrations to educate and train others in the use of software.Debug and correct software defects.Develop new or modify existing software.Create or update project documentation and report project time appropriately.Provide project updates as needed.Test software to validate accuracy of code and participate in code review sessions.All other duties as assigned.SKILLS/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/ABILITIESRequired:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field1-2 years of software development experience in a classroom setting or related job function (internships considered towards experience)Entry level knowledge of programming, database systems, and systems analysis and designAbility to write technical documentationStrong problem-solving skillsStrong verbal and written communications skills with the ability and willingness to collaborate and share knowledge across the teamMust be able to learn independently but also work well in a team environmentFlexible scheduling availability including nights and weekendsDesired:Prior internship experience in IT or software developmentFamiliarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)Exposure to project management tools or methodologies (e.g., Jira, Planview, Agile)O'Reilly Auto Parts has a proven track record of growth and stability.
