Responsible for the quality of patient care and provides leadership, coordination of unit, including day to day management and evaluation of nursing staff. Accountable for ensuring quality, financials, employee engagement, and patient experience in alignment with the organization's strategic goals.Education: BSN or Advanced degree in nursing required (or completion of either within 2 years).Experience: 2 years of ICU experience, with 1 year of leadership experience or demonstrated leadership skills.
