Job Description:

The Onsite Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for providing client site support to the talent acquisition process lifecycle, from candidate attraction to post-hire activities. Additionally, the Onsite Recruitment Coordinator facilitates a variety of onsite logistical, relationship management, and customer service activities to service a client program or team. Duties and Responsibilities Onsite Relationship Management:Cultivate and manage relationships with current and potential hiring leaders as an onsite representativeManage candidate and client onsite communicationsUtilize client location knowledge and discretion to coordinate set-up of interview rooms, including materials distribution, and act as a recruitment contact during interview processMeet and greet interviewers and candidates, including briefing candidates with a review of the role, interview format, and client detailsFacilitate and grow professional relationships with local universitiescolleges and technical programs as well as other resources to share client career paths and hiring needsAssist in the creation of recruitment marketing plans specific to client location with local recruitment and candidate generation expertiseThe Onsite Recruitment Coordinator will provide other support to the recruitment process as needed. Dependent on client size and structure, the Onsite Recruitment Coordinator may manage the following:Schedule phone, video and in-person interviews for Recruiters and Hiring ManagersManage offer process, including creating and routing offer letters for approvalCoordinate background, drug, and reference checking processesArrange candidate travel, transportation, and accommodationEdit and post positions to Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately and within the specified timeframe(s) with proper approval channelsAssist with and manage basic metrics reporting, as necessaryProvide other administrative support to recruiters, as neededQualifications- Position RequirementsEducation:High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferredExperience:Minimum of one year of experience in a business or office environment utilizing the outlined skills requiredCustomer service or administration preferredExposure:Fluent in EnglishKnowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within talent acquisition strongly preferredDemonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, requiredExceptional communication and organizational skillsAbility to work in dynamic and constantly changing environmentThe anticipated starting salary range for individuals in this position is of $43,000 - $55,000 dependent upon experience, geography, and industry knowledge.
