Job Description:A premier employer is seeking a full-time, marketing, and creative strategy professional, who has leadership experience to join the team in Springfield, MO. This person must be able to demonstrate their skills in developing effective full life cycle marketing plans and driving results. Their expertise will support which campaign strategies to utilize, how to best generate leadsinterest, and finally turning recommendations into conversion.This person will train, develop, inspire, and lead team members, as well as collaborate with senior leadership to ensure marketing alignment and prioritization; developing and delivering marketing strategies, campaigns, and tactics are successfully supporting growth and profitability.They will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and executing the marketing vision and strategy for the Multiple Line Distribution channels.This person will oversee marketing strategy and creative service teams to ensure the timely, effective, and on-budget completion of marketing plans and other projects. Additionally, they will establish and implement consistent branding and operative creative tactics to achieve campaign objectives and company goals, develop core understanding of the company's target markets and opportunity areas, including competitive position, market share, distribution channels, and risk appetite, and manage and measure marketing workflow, budgeting and compliance, in consideration of regulations, and internal policies to ensure the successful completion of projects. This person will report campaign results to senior leadership, recommend and manage testing strategies, and glean insight from campaigns and projects to identify areas of improvement.Required Skills and Experience:7+ years experience in a marketing leadership role with full life cycle marketing strategy, planning, and implementation experience3+ years in a leadership role, overseeing work performance and trainingIn depth understanding of marketing principals and conceptsExperience managing campaigns i.e. postmail, tv, social media streaming, broadcasting, etc.Professionalism speaking and presenting to executivesBachelor's degree (advertising, marketing preferred)
