Major brands from Etihad Airways, to Adidas, to Deloitte utiliize their superior infrastructure to bring their brand on-chain.Fraud is rampant in traditional finance and trade, especially in a globalized world. Bringing things on-chain, we can create cryptographic proofs that restore our ability to discern what is true, vs not.As a Product Manager for their Payments team, your job is to lead a team creating the world's most powerful and flexible platform for creating and managing digital assets. Working cross-functionally with engineering, design, security, go-to-market to support to expand their products to serve thousands of businesses who need to create digital assets securely, and at scale.What You'll Bring:Previous experience as a Software Engineer - or Computer Science degree - MUSTYou need to know how to code in order to use the productExcellent Communication Skills - fluent in EnglishAt least 4 years of professional experience as Product Manager or FounderSales instinct: be able to motivate teams about your vision and convince prospective clients to use the products, and future iterationsCreativity and vision - visionary product-mided attitudeFantastic attention to detail, ability to simplify, and create delightful and usable experiences.An entrepreneurial mindset; with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced startup environmentExpertise in payments (web2 and web3)What You'll Do:Lead the payments team creating the world's most powerful and flexible platform for creating, updating and managing digital assetsBe a domain expert: know the market, regulations, competitors, and clientsDefine the product area strategyLead the team through implementation, launch and post launch maintenance of various new products, in order to stay ahead of the competitionSpecify product requirements through PRD prior to implementation, and continuously improve them as new information appearsMaintain high standards for product qualityDesign APIs and write drafts of product documentsRepresent the team in external client callsOn Offer:Base salary $160-190k DOESignificant early-stage equity in a profitable startup with huge global tractionGreat benefits and amazing cultureHybrid in Miami or BrooklynNo visa sponsorship is available.
