To do this role properly you should have a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office suite, be fast at solving problems.Responsibilities and DutiesPrepare financial reports, memo's, invoices, and other documents.Handling basic bookkeeping tasks.Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, reports.Helping prepare for meetings.Record minutes for meetings.Greeting visitors and deciding if they should be able to meet with executives.Making travel arrangements for executives.Opening, sorting, and distributing incoming emails.QualificationsIn-depth knowledge of MS office suite.High School Diploma.Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.Professional level verbal and written communication skil.
